PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral presentations must respect allowed time as indicated in the programme, so that to to maintain the congress schedule.

Presenters are kindly asked to be present for the entire session to which the abstract was accepted to ensure interaction with the audience.

Only Microsoft-PowerPoint (*.ppt or *pptx) presentations in 16:9 format will be accepted.

Each presentation must be saved on a pendrive and uploaded at the congress slide center at least 2 hours before presentation slot, at the latest. The use of your own computer is not permitted

The use of this template is optional.

POSTERS must be sent in high resolution pdf file, 1 page only (size: 70 cm x 100 cm).

Furthermore, it has to be sent also a word file with the content of the text of the Poster (without images or tables).

The two documents (pdf and word) must be named with the identification number which has been assigned to the Poster and they have to be sent to abstract@mfprm2023rome.com  within 10/06/2023
